NCI Support Ends for Windows XP and Vista

NCI signs all our driver, software, and installers using a code signing certificate. Unfortunately, a Microsoft policy change in 2017 means that our new 256-bit code signing certificate is now unsupported by Windows XP and Vista. Therefore, NCI no longer publishes software that can be installed under Windows XP or Vista.

NCI strongly urges all our customers to upgrade to 64-bit Windows 7 (or later) so our latest v7 software can be used.

Please email us at “Support” if you need a copy of older 32-bit or 64-bit logic analyzer software that runs under XP or Vista. Be aware that NCI does not support older v5 or v6 software.

NCI drivers and software should only be downloaded directly from the NCI web site. We have never authorized another party to distribute NCI software or drivers for our products.
