Analysis begins at the first sample in the data.

Begin At: Trigger

Analysis begins at the trigger marker location. This is usually the best option for the "Compare" analysis type provided the trace and reference data triggered on the same event.

Begin At: Marker X

Analysis begins at the selected marker location.
