The activity indicators display each channel's status.

Each channel can be logic-high, logic-low, or changing.
|

The activity indicators are updated several times each second.

Channels which do not appear in any channel group are assumed to be unconnected and unused.
|

By default, no activity indicators are displayed for unused channels.

Unconnected channels display a "dash" placeholder for the activity indicator. For example, channel A17 (above) is unused and has a "dash" for the channel activity.

However, the activity indicators for unused channels can be displayed using the Options Tab's System Options ToolBar button.
