Auto-Save: Disabled
No auto-save action is performed.
Auto-Save: Project File
Automatically saves a project file to the filename indicated by the Filename edit box.
Auto-Save: Export Numeric TXT File

Auto-Save: Export Numeric CSV File
Automatically saves a Comma Separated Value file to the filename indicated below. The file output matches the appearance of the Numeric view. The file output options are also defined in the Numeric view options.
Auto-Save: Export Numeric TXT to Clipboard
Same as the export Numeric to TXT file option, except the text is copied to the Windows clipboard instead of to a file.
Auto-Save: Export Numeric CSV to Clipboard
Same as the export Numeric to CSV file option, except the text is copied to the Windows clipboard instead of to a file.
Auto-Save: Filename Edit Box
Defines the root name for the auto-save feature. A full path to should be given, but with no file extension. The file extension is added automatically based on the auto-save file type (GL7, TXT, or CSV).
Auto-Save: Append a number to the filename and auto-increment.
When checked, a number is automatically appended to the root filename given above. Each time a new trace is captured, the number is incremented so that previous files are not overwritten. Uncheck this option to overwrite the same file each time a trace is captured.
When Normal Timing data is converted to Transitional format, the trace data contains far fewer samples. This can drastically improve display performance and reduce memory use. This is especially true if the input signals are oversampled 10x or more and/or long periods of inactivity exist in the data.
However, some trace captures may not benefit from this conversion. Therefore, no conversion is performed is the memory reduction is not at least 50%. Uncheck this option if the additional post-processing takes too long.
When checked, this option removes channels from the trace capture which are not defined in a channel group.
When checked, the software detects channels which remain the same value for the entire trace. These profiles are then used to display the waveforms faster. Uncheck this option if your trace data changes on all channels or the additional processing takes too long.
