The special Setup panes are always shown on the left half of the main software area. The Setup panes can be resized horizontally, but cannot be moved or arranged.

The "CHANNELS", "SERIAL", "TRIGGER", and "FIND" tabs show both a toolbar and a special Setup pane. For example, the "CHANNEL" tab shows the channel group toolbar along with the channel group pane.
