Trigger Bus: JTAG

A Boundary Scan Definition Language (BSDL) file is required to trigger on the JTAG serial bus instruction register scans. See the JTAG Serial Bus Setup topic for details about BSDL files.

Source Signal

Select the TDI or TDO source signal.

Scan Register Type

Select the Instruction or Data register scan.

Command (Instruction Register Scan)

Select the instruction register command .

Data (Data Register Scan)

Enter the data register value.
